Personal Training

  • Personal training takes place at Iron Horse Fitness with access to every piece of equipment needed to transform your body

  • You will be coached and guided through movements that increase strength, mobility and functionality throughout your whole entire body

  • A personal trainer will create 60 min workouts tailored specifically to your body, your needs, your goals

Speed Coaching

Owner Garrett Steffen has experience running a run a sub-5 minute mile and placed top 15 in one of California most respected 50-mile ultramarathons

  • Sessions will analyze how your foot strikes the ground, speed drills, and workout plans to get you to become the fastest you’ve ever been

Lacrosse Coaching

Receive one-on-one or small group lacrosse coaching by owner, Garrett Steffen, who played Division 1 lacrosse on the East Coast

  • Duration of sessions vary on needs and client request

Health Coaching (Online and in-person)

  • Online coaching will take place over Zoom or in-person at the cadence of your choice

  • Free consultation will include going over your goals and current lifestyle

  • Your online coach will curate a 1-month training plan that includes everything from warm ups to work outs to recovery to meals.

  • Your training plan will also provide personalized tips and tricks to help you reach your health and fitness goals in a way that is efficient and effective
