Personal Training
Personal training takes place at Iron Horse Fitness with access to every piece of equipment needed to transform your body
You will be coached and guided through movements that increase strength, mobility and functionality throughout your whole entire body
A personal trainer will create 60 min workouts tailored specifically to your body, your needs, your goals
Speed Coaching
Owner Garrett Steffen has experience running a run a sub-5 minute mile and placed top 15 in one of California most respected 50-mile ultramarathons
Sessions will analyze how your foot strikes the ground, speed drills, and workout plans to get you to become the fastest you’ve ever been
Lacrosse Coaching
Receive one-on-one or small group lacrosse coaching by owner, Garrett Steffen, who played Division 1 lacrosse on the East Coast
Duration of sessions vary on needs and client request
Health Coaching (Online and in-person)
Online coaching will take place over Zoom or in-person at the cadence of your choice
Free consultation will include going over your goals and current lifestyle
Your online coach will curate a 1-month training plan that includes everything from warm ups to work outs to recovery to meals.
Your training plan will also provide personalized tips and tricks to help you reach your health and fitness goals in a way that is efficient and effective
